Refund Policy:

At Zipzap Flowers and Gifts, we are committed to providing you with exceptional products and service. Please review our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for a clear understanding of your rights and responsibilities when purchasing from us.

Preserved Flowers and Gifts:

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    • Refunds for preserved flowers and gifts are applicable if the items are received damaged or if there is a manufacturing defect.
    • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the preserved flowers or gifts.
  • Return Process:
    • Contact our customer service team at info@zipzapflowers.co.ke or call 0115 646 894 to initiate a return.
    • Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective items.
  • Refund Options:
    • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
    • Customers may also choose a replacement item as an alternative to a refund.

Terms of Service:

  1. Ordering and Payment:
    • Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.
    • Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders.
  2. Delivery:
    • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Processed flowers are hand made on order, allow 2 to 3 days for delivery. For urgent orders, get in touch.
    • For areas outside Nairobi, orders are delivered by DHL, a third-party courier, unexpected delays may arise.
    • Shipping orders outside Kenya via DHL Express takes 3 to 14 working days. DHL provides a tracking ID for you to monitor your order on their website. Note that Zipzap Online Limited is not responsible for customs and import taxes in the shipping country, and we are not liable for delays due to customs.
    • Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply for redirection.
  3. Substitutions:
    • We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.
  4. Cancellation:
    • Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee.
  5. Privacy:
    • Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
