  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines

  • Local Deliveries (Kenya): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Regional (East Africa): 5–10 business days after dispatch.
  • International Deliveries: 10–21 business days depending on courier and destination.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and courier rates.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website and social media.

6. International Orders & Customs

  • For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • While we work with reliable couriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
